Happiness Project - My Way!

Picture this...you set out to keep a number of resolutions only to find that you are completely overwhelmed and stressed about your resolutions!

This is always me in January!  I go in with the best of intentions, but then find that I have created way to much work for myself, which always goes against one of the resolutions to simplify!

So, because I am reading the FABULOUS book, The Happiness Project, by Gretchen Rubin, I have an idea to make life a bit easier.

Each year, I want to make more books for my kids.  It is time consuming, but I will be more upset if I don't take the time to do it.  So, here is my thought...if I take one day a week to upload my photos from the week and then work on one page a day, I will be able to do this!

So, I challenge you...keep taking those photos and then set aside just 15 minutes a week to work.  I guarantee that it will sometimes lead to more work time, but at least you will have something accomplished!

It is a sign of the times that memories are going to wayside when Kodak is filing for chapter 11!  Don't let your precious photos remain hostages in your computer or camera!

Unique Valentine Ideas

New Year...Lots of Resolutions!

Ok, so here it is again.  Another year and many new resolutions.  I am a person that cannot just make one.  I have to make so many that there is truly no way to accomplish them all.  However, I am one of those people who does work best when given a challenge, so let's see!

My biggest resolution is to worry less and have more fun!  I hope that will translate into a lot of other things in my life.  I am so blessed and I want to be able to enjoy my blessing more and worry about what is going to happen less.

So, here is to the new year and all of the resolutions that I will be working on!  Stop back often as I am going to be sharing a lot more about my Heritage Makers business and how you can picture the life that you want...or value the one that you have a little bit more!!
